We consider Quality management and associated targets and objectives as a core value and it is part of every function. our integrated management system (IMS Covering quality, health, safety and environment ( QHSE ), based on ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, OHSAS 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety. and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management evidence of our focus and commitment.
we flexibility to adopt and adhere to any specific requirements from our customers based on their proprietary QHSE practices within the framework of our own QHSE management system. our employees all trained on all aspects of QHSE activities as per IMS and we ensure our subcontractors/suppliers have proven QHSE standards and procedures as part of their qualification process.
with an efficient management team and policies we are able to deploy continuous improvement with minimal cost. our periodic internal and external audits ensures compliance to the established QHSE procedures and standards.
our boards meetings, performance reviews and team briefings emphasize on total quality management and hence continuous improvement is embedded in the core work culture.
Safety Statement
NSMC is committed to the protection of all its employees, resources, properties and interested parties against injury, ill health and financial loss in a manner that prevents environmental pollution. NSMC shall focus on continual improvement in Health, Safety & Environmental Management and performance to minimize Occupational Health & Safety risks and environmental impacts related to its construction business.
In fulfilling this commitment, NSMC shall provide improvement and maintain a safe and healthful working condition, maintain a vigorous incident and pollution prevention program and ensure that our activities pose no threat to the Health, Safety and Environment of those who may be affected directly or indirectly.
Line Managers are responsible in protecting employees health and safety including the environment, while it will be the duty of all employees to work safely in line with NSMC policies and standards.
The slogan Safety First will be communicated to all persons working under the control of NSMC with the intent that they are made aware of their individual Health, Safety and Environmental obligations.
